Development Ledger
Historical entries are reconstructed from immutable Git commit dates and messages. They are evidence of repository activity on those dates, not retroactively invented completion percentages and not a claim that BuildPulse automation existed then.
Historical evidence index pending generation.
Native BuildPulse snapshots and reconstructed historical records remain explicitly distinguishable. Independent assurance and certification gates cannot be self-approved. Sensitive engineering evidence is excluded from this public surface. ETA: Not enough verified history for a reliable estimate.
